This is our standard Limited Warranty we provide at the completion of every job ...

Limited Warranty

MOTLEY ELECTRIC herby warranties as of the date below that the electrical wiring installed by Motley Electric upon the property located at, _______________________________________________ Idaho, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of TWO (2) years from the date the property is occupied.

This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:

1. To the original electrical wiring installed by Motley Electric on the real property only as long as
it remains in the possession of the original owner occupier.
2. To the original electrical wiring installed by Motley Electric that has not been subject to
accident, misuse or abuse.
3. To the original electrical wiring installed by Motley Electric that has not been modified, altered,
and/or had repairs made or attempted by others.
4. That Motley Electric shall be immediately notified within ten (10) days of first knowledge of
defect by the property owner or their agent.
5. That Motley Electric shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements and/or
corrections at no cost to property owner within a reasonable period of time.
6. Under no circumstances shall Motley Electric be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise
for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or
consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use
because of the electrical wiring defect.
