What a turn out for our 10th Annual Christmas Party Fundraiser! Around 350 people came to enjoy the festivities and we were able to raise $2,230.00. We would like to say thank you to Real Life Ministries who helped make this event very special for us again. For the last 3 years some of the Real Life home groups have supplied all the food and drinks and place settings, they served us, greeted us and then even stayed to clean up… not to mention donating the building space. They were absolutely Amazing AGAIN and we appreciate their on-going suport !!! Robert and Mary SNR would also like give a special thanks to the following people from Real Life Ministries for going above and beyond… George and Barb Forgacs, Lynn and Scott Hendrikson and family, Nancy and Steve Cronin, Eloy, Foundation, Craig Miles, Trenton and Debi Miller, Anna Whiley and Cindy Hanenburg, Linda Grey, Karen Clements and Fred Bosse. SNR would also like to thank our SNR volunteers who came helped. We love our SNR volunteers! We would also like to thank the Girl scouts for coming and helping serve and clean up. A very special thanks to Jacki Fullerton who not only brought raffle items but also donated her time and supplies for the Santa booth, Jim Walsh and Kathy Kelly for donating the Christmas tree and MANY, MANY beautiful baskets and raffle items, Charlene Hoffmann and Sharon Weber for the beautiful quilt and raffle items, Alice Bundy who donated raffle items, Dawn Grillo and Laura Rolfson and who also donated a beautiful handmade blanket and Cameron Cutler who donated a gift card. It was a wonderful celebration with all our participants, their families, our staff and our wonderful volunteers and we thank you all for coming out and sharing this special event with us!! A very special thank you to the Albertson family for their VERY generous donation! OUTING FUN…..What fun we had all of the outings these past few months. We bowled, we biked, we had dinner with our friends, we had breakfast with our friends, we hung out at SNR, we went to Silverwood, Camped and we went to the movies! Whew…...what a busy summer we had with our friends at SNR. A BIG THANK YOU TO DOUG AND NANETTE TRIMPE FOR THE DONATION TO OUR ADULT CAMPOUT THIS YEAR! As you all may know SNR cannot function without the assistance of our wonderful volunteers. We would like to begin to recognize these dedicated individuals who go above and beyond each month by featuring them in our Volunteer of the Month section in our newsletter. We appreciate our volunteers so much and want to thank them all for their on-going support and dedication to this program and the participants we serve.
